Yes, at bcs we automate proactive outreach for renewals. Automated renewal notices are sent out to vendors, tenants, and/or agents to acquire the renewed insurance documents before there are any lapses in coverage.
This depends on your level of service. For software-only you may add on implementation support and you can submit IT support tickets. For full-service you receive contact via emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings. Full-service clients have a dedicated customer success rep, team lead, and a team of compliance analysts.

Yes, you can always see your running log of vendors and costs within the bcs software. We will bill you as you add more to your account. Please talk to sales if you have any further pricing questions.
You will be charged per tenant/vendor/supplier as they are added.
For software-only clients we accept the following: credit card, ACH transfers, or a check (check is only accepted for software only, if cost is over $1,000 per month).
For full-service clients, we accept check and ACH transfers (electronic money transfers).
Our clients get unlimited users. We will give you as many users as you need at no extra cost.
